1. Who is responsible

Yazilimsoft provides the mobile app ZZP Netto Calculator and is the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: [email protected].

2. What the app processes

You enter financial figures to run a calculation — for example your expected annual revenue, business expenses, target net monthly income, logged hours and bank balance.

Where is this stored?

Only locally on your device, in the operating system's app storage.

Is it sent to us?

No. The app does not transmit your input to Yazilimsoft or to any third party.

Can we access it?

No. We have no access to data held on your device.

3. No account, no tracking

• You don't create an account and don't provide a name or email address.
• The app shows no ads and contains no advertising SDKs.
• The app builds no profile of you and sells no data.
• The app requests no access to your contacts, location, camera or files.

4. Analytics

In this version of the app, analytics is not active. No usage statistics are collected or transmitted.

If that changes in a future version, we will update this policy before that release and describe exactly what is collected and on what legal basis.

5. Purchases through the app store

ZZP Netto Calculator is a paid app. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play (Google Ireland Limited) or the Apple App Store under their own privacy terms. We receive no payment details — only aggregated sales reports in which you are not identifiable.

6. This website

This site is static and sets no cookies and no tracking pixels. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare processes technical logs, including IP addresses, to secure and deliver the pages.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data, and the right to object. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is in practice nothing for us to disclose or delete: your data is on your own device.

To erase it, uninstall the app or use your device's “Clear app data” setting.

You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or your local supervisory authority.

8. Children

The app is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes

We publish changes to this policy on this page with a new date at the top. We announce material changes in the app.
